Booking an Appointment

If you would like to book an appointment, please call the practice on 01202 477 600. If we can’t take your call at the time, we will call you back as soon as we can. Alternatively, please email us at hello@christchurchfootclinic.co.uk or fill in our form with brief details of your query and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We book new patients in for an initial assessment of 40 minutes. Standard, or follow-up, appointments are 30 minutes. Depending on your circumstances we may need to book you in for a course of treatment, but this will all be discussed with you in advance.

Preparing For Your Appointment

If there are any medical conditions we need to be aware of or you take any medications, please make sure you come prepared to share this information.

We recommend you come dressed so your lower leg and feet are easily accessible as we will need to examine your feet without socks or tights. You need never feel ashamed or embarrassed about showing us your feet, this is what we’re here for!

We usually treat people in our specially designed podiatry chair but it you are a wheelchair user we can treat you in your wheelchair if you prefer.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or postpone a treatment, please make sure you contact us with plenty of notice. Please note there may be a fee applicable if you do not turn up to your appointment or let us know you will not attend without giving us a certain amount of advance notice.

Parking

There is a car park that is a five-minute walk away, but you will need to pay to park there. There are also free spaces available over the road from the clinic for Blue Badge holders, but please note these are often busy.

The Christchurch Foot Clinic is accessible to wheelchair and mobility scooter users, and we make every effort to accommodate disabilities. If you have any questions or need to make any special arrangements, please just give us a call.
